CARSON CITY, NV - The deadline for open enrollment in Nevada's prepaid tuition program is almost here.
February 28th is the last day for parents, grandparents or other family members to lock in future college tuition rates at the current price.
There is an 11.99% tuition increase looming at Nevada's universities. State Treasurer Kate Marshall says the College Savings Board, which she chairs, decided to keep prices stable for the 2013 open enrollment period.
