RENO, Nev. -- The Nevada Highway Patrol now says an early morning accident was alcohol related.
The accident happened around 8 Friday morning on the I-80 eastbound to 580 southbound ramp. It slowed down the morning commute.
An NHP spokesman tells us two vehicles were involved a full-sized Chevy Silverado with 3 passengers on board and a white Ford Explorer with a lone female driver.
Investigators believe the Chevy was traveling to fast and ended up rear-ending the Explorer. The Explorer spun around and ended up facing the wrong way on the ramp.
NHP arrested the female driver of the Chevy pick-up for a suspected of DUI. She has been identified as 28-year-old Camryn Mullen.
At least two people were transported to the hospital for minor injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle wasn't seriously hurt.
