MINDEN, NV -- Crews made quick work of a brush fire that started at Stockyard and Coyote Roads just east of Minden Saturday.
It was first reported at about 1:45pm. Only about seven acres burned before firefighters got it contained.
Crews were still working on mopping up the hot spots Saturday evening.
