RENO, Nev. - A California man is accused of trying to sell marijuana on Craigslist.
A detective with the Reno Police Regional Street Enforcement Team saw the ad on the popular website, advertising marijuana for sale. That detective ordered $400 worth from the seller.
A short time later, police say 39-year-old Anthony Faulkner showed up with the marijuana and exchanged it for the money. Faulkner was then arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sales, and Sales of a Controlled Substance.
Faulkner's bail is set at $30,000.
