Concussion Forces Sec. of State Clinton to Miss Benghazi Hearings

WASHINGTON (AP) - Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton won't be testifying as scheduled before two congressional committees this week.

An aide says Clinton is recovering at from a concussion she suffered last week when she fainted. She had been scheduled to appear Thursday before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee to talk about the Benghazi attack. Other officials are expected to take her place.
