RENO, NV - The city of Reno will host a Public Safety Forum Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 6:30PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall.
In advance of the forum, the city has launched a #ThinkReno survey, which gives Reno-area residents the opportunity to guide the discussion at the forum by pinpointing what public safety issues they want the city to address. The survey will be live until end of business day Friday, September 15, and can be accessed using the link to the right.
The city says the purpose of the Public Safety Forum is to clearly define “public safety” for attendees, focusing specifically on the areas of dispatch, fire, and police. The forum will also be live-streamed at Reno.gov/Meetings.
