RENO, Nev. -- Charter internet subscribers in a large part of Nevada are experiencing service outages and slow-downs.
Two separate Charter customer service agents told KOLO 8 News Now "a large part of Nevada" is experiencing an internet service outage. The area includes Reno/Sparks.
Charter crews are in the field trying to find the cause and fix it. They do not yet have an estimated time of restoration.
