RENO, NV - Reno police are investigating a car-versus-wheelchair crash at 9th and Sutro Streets that happened shortly after 8AM Thursday.
Police say a man in a motorized wheelchair was crossing the street, and was hit by a driver headed east on 9th and turning left onto Sutro. The victim was taken to a hospital with what police say are minor injuries.
Police say the driver was cited for failure to yield, but did not appear to be drinking or otherwise incapacitated.
