CalTrans Holding Eastbound Traffic on I-80

CalTrans is holding east bound traffic on Interstate 80 while crews sand the roadway. West Bound traffic had been held/turned around near Truckee because there were multiple spinouts on the freeway. However, west bound traffic was reopened around 3:30pm. Dangerous conditions.
