SPARKS, NV - Sparks police have opened Baring Boulevard after a fatal rollover early Sunday closed the road.

Sparks police say the accident happened around 5:45 a.m. near the intersection with Round Mountain Drive. When they arrived they found one woman trapped under a white Toyota SUV. Firefighters removed her from under the vehicle and she was pronounced dead.

Police say one man who was wearing a seatbelt walked away from the accident. A second man who was not wearing a seatbelt was thrown from the vehicle. Police say both men were taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Sparks police say the occupants of the vehicle were reportedly involved in a verbal altercation at the Bully’s on Vista, near the accident scene. They ask anyone who may have seen the subjects at Bully’s, or witnessed the accident, to contact them at 353-2432 or Secret Witness at 322-4900.

Sparks police say alcohol appears to be a factor in the crash, however at this time no charges have been filed against the driver.
