Accused Wal-Mart Shooter Will Stand Trial

RENO, NV - Accused Wal-Mart shooter John Gillane will stand trial, probably later this year.

Gillane is accused of shooting the three managers in the Kietzke Lane store, then barricading himself in an office there for hours in October.

Two of the managers were hospitalized for serious internal
injuries. Another was treated and released.

Gillane told police he wanted the managers to contact the
corporate office so he could talk about his unspecified grievances
with the company.

All victims survived the ordeal.

Monday's preliminary hearing included surveillance video of people running and crawling for safety. And in testimony, Gillane talked about personal problems and money issues last year.
