Names Of People Killed In Wellington Minivan Crash Released

The Nevada Highway Patrol has released the names of three people who were killed when their minivan slammed into a load of hay after a truck overturned near Wellington.

The driver of the minivan was Dewayne Sloan, 49, of Hilmar, Calif.

His passengers were Dolores Straw Rogers, 78, and her 81-year-old husband Harold Clay Rogers, both of Yerington.

Troopers said truck driver Jason Fuller of Yerington lost control of his rig and the van struck the hay and the truck and was crushed.

Fuller passed a breath test, investigators said.
