The Secretary of State's office says even after a re-count two petitions will not make the ballot.
Secretary of State Dean Heller announced Wednesday the petition seeking to Bar Public Employees From Serving in the Legislature and the Regulation of Marijuana initiative both failed.
The Bar Public Employees From Serving in the Legislature petition need another six thousand 789 valid signatures.
The Regulation of Marijuana petition needed almost two thousand more signatures.
