Reno Man Charged In Infant's Death

Washoe County sheriff's detectives have charged a Reno man with murder in the death of his infant son.

30-year-old Ronald Douglas was arrested today at Reno Justice Court where he was making an appearance for a bail reduction.

An ambulance and deputies responded to a call back in March that four-month-old Ronald Douglas Junior was not breathing.

The boy died the next day at a local hospital.

After an extensive investigation, the county medical examiner ruled the death a homicide.

Douglas is being held in the county jail on $150,000 bail.
