Sparks Police are searching for 22-year-old German (Herman) Rios of Sparks.
Police say Rios shot and killed 29-year-old Juan Martinez during an argument Saturday night at the Spanish Oak Village Apartments on El Rancho Drive.
Officers found Rios's Chevy Blazer in the 400 Block of Oleander Drive in Sparks, but he is still at large.
