The story is a truck struck and stretched AT&T and Charter communications cables. The stretched cables recoiled into NVEnergy's electric cables, causing an arc that temporarily knocked out the power. The communications cables were moved out of the way to allow traffic on Pyramid to pass. No power poles were pulled over as part of the incident.
