Fire Photos From KOLO 8 Viewers

With so many fires burning throughout Northern Nevada, several people have taken out their cameras to snap pictures of the flames. Click on this story to see some amazing pictures taken by KOLO 8 viewers during the 4th of July Holiday Weekend.


These pictures were taken by Patsy Rabe. She says during a lightning storm Saturday night, the Fire Station on LaFond Avenue in the Mark Twain area, about six miles east of Datyon, was struck by a bolt of lightning.






Angelina and Leslie Woods of Lassen County took these pictures Saturday afternoon of the Antelope Complex Fire, and they say embers were falling in Standish, California that day.





Tamera Soper sent in these pictures of the Hungry Valley Fire in Spanish Springs.





Sharon Sortino of Wingfield sent this picture of the Hungry Valley Fire.




Debbie Capehart of Eagle Canyon Estates sent in these two pictures of the Hungry Valley Fire .





Gloria Atwater of Holbrook Junction took these pictures of the Sleeping Elephant Fire that burned near Topaz Lake in California. That fire is now 100% contained,
