Nevada's Kevin Basped Entering NFL Draft

RENO - Wolf Pack defensive end Kevin Basped will forgo his senior season and enter the 2010 NFL Draft.
Basped has already signed with agent Jack Scharf of Impact Sports. He is currently working out at Athletes Performance down in Phoenix in preperation for the NFL combine.
Nevada spokesman Chad Hartley said that the school has not heard from Basped, and that they cannot confirm or deny the report.
Basped had 9.5 sacks and 12.5 tackles for loss this season. He was an All-WAC second team selection. He has 19.5 sacks combined over the last two seasons.
The web site nfldraftscout.com ranks Basped the 14th best defensive end in the country.
