A Sunday morning fire that destroyed condominium units being built by along Second Street in Reno has promoted an arson investigation.
Heat from the burning wooden structures caused metal frames to swell at a medical building across the street, breaking 76 window panes.
The fire was reported just after one yesterday morning and had engulfed the condos by the time five engines arrived.
The blaze was doused in about 30 minutes with no reports of injuries.
