Not Buckling Up, No Future for Becoming a Primary Offense

CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) - The chairman of the Assembly Transportation Committee says there's no future this session for a
proposal to let Nevada police pull over drivers for not wearing
seat belts.

Transportation Chairman Kelvin Atkinson says the measure will die in his committee. It barely got out of the state Senate last month, on an eleven-to-ten vote.
