Part of Pyramid highway was closed today after an accident involving a construction truck.
State troopers say Stephen Grunskey pulled out onto Pyramid from the Blue Gem Estates Mobile Home Park and was hit by the truck.
Grunskey was not wearing a seatbelt and had to extricated from his pickup.
He was taken to Washoe Medical Center with neck and back injuries.
