A Sparks woman is accused of killing her three-year-old daughter.

cont...theER doctors when i brought her in said she had no signs or symtoms of methadone ingestion let alone overdose and would not treat her for such and furter went on to to say itv wasnt respitary in nature but cardic and listed cause of death as such . The sparks pd thought the vomit in her face was blood and 1st listed it as we beat her to death but once they found out that wasnt true than jumped on the methadone wagon i lock up all my doses the only bottles they found out were empty ready to washed and returnd I have numerous doctors saying that there is no way it was an over dose as she was still breathibg with aheart beat upon the emts a rrival and the one said he wittnesed her having a seizure and than went into cardic arrest that is not what takes place in an od please dpnt jump to beleve all you read I promise my side will be forth comming soon
i am the mother accused the new information they are refering to is that i was not willing to take there wondrfull plea bargin of 6-18 years after i have gotten second opions from the san fransico medical examiner and other top doctors stating that no post mortem blood test can ever be useed to define a methone toxisity death and that no other test were even performed to even look into any other reasons of death she had two holes in her heart and blood infections runnibg threw her body and trested positive for strepticocissi menigitis and they never ever followed protical in testing her spinal fluid for menigitis there are so many huge mistakes and lack of normal test thatv are supposed to be done at aotoposy that were nbever done i did not stop being jessies mom when ahe died i had to go all the way with this because they want to make an example out of me because of it being methadone if the facts they say are true it is at best a accident but that she dieed of an over dose is still
If she's taking Methadone good chance she's "attempting" to quit another more harmful drug. A person like that should never be given the right to raise a child. I'm most sorry that it took them so long to prosecute her with murder. I just hope they throw away whatever key they use to lock her in jail. My sorrows go out to the family and everyone that little girl touched.
Methadone is not only used for people with drug addictions or people that are coming off of drug addictions. It has many uses. Another thing is that a person doesnt have to be a drug addict for this to happen. It takes common sense and critical thinking on the parent's part. There are a lot of prescription drugs out there that can cause harm to a child and that is besides the fact that our children are getting smarter everyday and if they are curious they are curious and they might just find a new way to get that medicine. So, drug addict, terminally ill patient, auto-immune disease, blood pressure...etc, you better just keep that medicine under lock and key.
It amazes how people feel so powerful when they are making comments or statements about someone else other then themselves. But lets face it, human nature is a funny thing, so long as YOU are not on the receiving end of those comments, right? Maybe before anyone of you make statements about matters that YOU don't know all the facts or is simply not your business, you should take a long look in the mirror and ask yourselves this "what if something happened to me to be on the receiving end of someones BS and doesn't know all the facts". Ask yourself if you would be happy with that? See I can say anything I want to about this untimely event, why you might ask? Because I am this womans friend, lover and forever to have a bond with MY DAUGHTERS mother that is unbreakable by your useless words and BS. It will not bring her back to us, but then again, until you people can walk a mile in our shoes for just one hour, maybe you should just keep to yourselves. And Jakethesack, GFYS.
They are some doctors also giving out Methadone prescriptions for the treatment of chronic pain as well, a friend was prescribed it for the tumors on her spine and the chronic pain involved with living with this. Doesn't matter....you have a child, you keep medications up! What has happened to common sense in this world now a days?
Where are the C.P.S. people when you need them?I wish we could get some sort of law passed that protects the children of people that are clients of "Methadone Clinics". These clinics, and the Dr.s offices should make the conscience decision to alert the proper authorities when someone like this woman is perscribed a narcotic, and there is children in the home.
We really need to set up a whole new set of laws to make it easier to execute people. Poor child never had a chance in life. BTW for people who don't know "methadone" is used on people withdrawing from heroin and other similar types of drug addiction.
People whom are taking those medications are not responsible enough to have children. I am glad she is being charged with that innocent childs death!
