Reed Wins Northern 4A Championship
RENO RENO - The Reed Raiders won the Northern 4A Championship on Friday, beating Galena 26-3.

RENO - The Reed Raiders won the Northern 4A Championship on Friday, beating Galena 26-3.
The win is the 10th straight for the Raiders (11-2) and it sends them to the State tournament.
The loss ends a great run by the Galena Grizzlies. Galena (8-5) began the season 4-4, but reeled off four consecutive wins to reach the title game. That included an upset of Carson (9-3) last Friday in Carson City.
Reed will play in the State semifinals next Saturday (November 28th against Bishop Gorman. Gorman (13-0) won the Sunset Region Championship on Friday, beating Cimarron-Memorial (9-3) 31-7.
Kickoff for the semifinals is at 1pm at Reed High School.
