Reno police are looking for a man who apparently stole a car and ended up crashing it in a schoolyard playground Wednesday evening.
The incident happened shortly before 5 p.m. in the Traner Middle School neighborhood.
Police say a man driving a stolen Toyota pickup was being chased by police when he crashed through a fence at the school and then bailed from the truck on foot while it was still moving.
The truck finally stopped near the school's softball fields along 10th street.
There were children playing in the area but no one was hurt. The suspect is still on the loose.
