FRESNO, Calif. (AP) - A federal judge says Yosemite National
Park can proceed with 60 (m) million dollars in construction
projects while an appeals court hears a suit brought by

Park rangers hailed the ruling as a victory, and say being able
to fix a failing sewage system and repave a road that loops through
Yosemite Valley would ensure visitors could experience the park in
its most pristine form.
