"We just want the President to know the war needs to end. Bring our troops home now," says Lisa Stiller.
Stiller says we elected a new Congress to change things and there's still no timetable on when they will return.
But, Senator Harry Reid, in a satellite interview says he does have a plan.
Senator Reid, "To start slowly returning troops in 120 days. Of course, many will have to remain for counter terrorism measures."
That bill is working its way through Congress. Today, the Bush adminstration defended its actions for going to war in the first place.
The President says it's a fight we will win but Americans have to be patient. Protestors say at what cost.
Already 32-hundred American troops have died in the war, which is entering its fifth year.
