Early Morning Power Outage
A power outage Wednesday morning left about 3,000 customers without power in the Cold Springs, Red Rock, and Silver Knolls areas north of Reno.

RENO, NV - A power outage Wednesday morning left about 3,000 customers without power in the Cold Springs, Red Rock, and Silver Knolls areas north of Reno.
NV Energy was able to switch circuits to restore power to all but a couple hundred customers in Cold Springs.
There is no estimate as to when NV Energy will be able to restore power to the rest of the customers.
