A second lawsuit has been filed againstCarson-Tahoe hospital for temporarily suspending its gastric bypass surgery program.
The suit filed this week in Carson District Court
by six patients of Dr. Kent Skogerson accuse of hospital of patient
abandonment, breach of contract and other claims. The hospital
denies the allegations and say Skogerson hasn't complied with new
requirements since the moratorium was lifted February first.
