Annual Battle of the Rattle: Like No Other Run in Reno
It’s a 5-K run like no other in Reno.

It’s a 5-K run like no other in Reno.
Runners are resting after enduring the sweltering heat to climb Rattle Snake Mountain Saturday Morning.
This was the annual Battle of the Rattle.
While many runners came looking professional, others wore costumes.
The event raises money to send diabetic kids to summer camp at Lake Tahoe. This year's event was a success, raising even more money than last year's event.
An organizer tells KOLO 8 News more than $60,000 was raised at the event.
