A rise at the pump.
The Lundberg Survey says gasoline prices edged up nearly four
cents a gallon on average nationwide in the past three weeks as the
price of crude oil rose.
The national average for self-serve regular was two-22 per
gallon, up three-point-six cents since January 19th. The mid-grade
average was two-33 per gallon and premium was two-44, according to
Trilby Lundberg's latest survey of seven-thousand gas stations
across the country.
Crude oil was up nearly eight dollars a barrel over the same
three week period. But Lundberg says oil companies have plenty of
gas on hand and demand is low this time of year, leading to lower
