A convicted sex offender, who police say was hanging around an elementary school, is back behind bars Tuesday morning.
According to Reno Police, they got a call Friday about a suspicious man in the area of Lois Allen Elementary School in Sun Valley.
Police say they found 19-year-old Dwayne Robison hanging around the school.
Police say when they interviewed him they learned he had failed to register as a convicted sex offender.
Robison is facing charges for that this morning, as well as charges of providing false information to officers.
