From KOLO 8 Weather Now... The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a Wind Advisory. A wind advisory will be in effect from 8 AM until 11 PM on Thursday.

Traffic Flowing After Truck Fire on I-80
Traffic is flowing again on westbound Interstate 80 after a truck fire in Colfax... on the California side... led to the closure of the road.

COLFAX - Traffic is flowing again on westbound Interstate 80 after a truck fire in Colfax... on the California side... led to the closure of the road.

That led to traffic being backed up much of Thursday between Reno and Colfax, in Placer County.

The accident happened around 8am Thursday. The road was finally reopened late in the afternoon.
