Business tenants at the Mizpah Hotel's building were allowed back inside their establishments to retrieve some items Saturday.
The Reno Fire Department said business owners and employees were given 10 to 15 minutes of access, accompanied by a police escort.
An employee from the shop, "Hippies," said she was hoping to retrieve business documents and register money.
Kenna Miller, owner of "Hippies," went inside her business Saturday. "There are still puddles of water that are on the floor, anything that is just paper, clothing, any kind of material that can soak up water, it did it," she said.
Miller said she is hoping to find a new Reno location for the shop.
