Just like the race for Nevada governor, a new poll finds most statewide races are close going into the last days of the election.
The survey conducted for the Las Vegas Review-Journal and KVBC TV finds Democrat Catherine Cortez Masto with a slim 40 percent to 30 percent lead over Republican Don Chairez in the race for Nevada attorney general. That's with a sampling error margin of plus or minus four percent. And 22 percent say they're still undecided in that race.
The secretary of state race is statistically tied between Democrat Ross Miller and Republican Danny Tarkanian -- at 39 to 38 percent.
For state treasurer, the poll finds Republican Mark DeStefano and Democrat Kate Marshall have 35 percent each.
Republican state controller candidate Steve Martin leads Democrat Kim Wallin by 36 percent to 30 percent. But that's still within the sampling error margin.
