One man was arrested and another is being sought in the attempted burglary and robbery of a Sparks man at his home.
Police say 71 year old Larry Bell received a strange phone call around 7am yesterday just before his doorbell rang.
When the Wingfield Springs resident answered the door, police say Christopher Mateo forced his way inside and asked about a car for sale, though Bell wasn't selling a car.
A fight ensued, and Bell was struck on the head. Police say Mateo then fled in a Chevy Blazer driven by Josh Queniahan.
Police say Queniahan was arrested yesterday afternoon on suspicion of burglary, battery and robbery with a deadly weapon. Mateo is being sought.
