The health clinic opened six weeks ago, and already, doctors are seeing about twenty patients a day
Grand Sierra says it's a tremendous benefit to employees who can walk down to the clinic...if they get sick at work, or make an appointment on-site.
They say many of their employees don't have driver's licenses...so they haven't had any medical care for several years because they don't have a car.
Officials say the clinic saves the company money because usually the employee can be treated and back on the job the same day.
The clinic is open eight to five during the work-week.
Plans are underway to extend the hours to the weekend, as more staff is hired.
