There is some good news for campers regarding fire restrictions in western Nevada.
The Bureau of Land Management said on Monday that cooler temperatures have eased fire hazards, so they'll be lifting some fire restrictions this Saturday.
This means campers in the Forest Service's Carson and Bridgeport Ranger Districts will be allowed to build campfires, as long as they have a permit.
