Some new developments tonight in the case of the body discovered
Friday in the Mogul area west of Reno.
The body of a woman was found Friday afternoon near I-80 by a
man who says he was out looking for cans.
Washoe County Sheriff's Deputies investigating the scene say the badly-decomposed body was wrapped in a shower curtain.
An autopsy was conducted Saturday and, while the woman's
identity and how she died are still a mystery, investigators say the body is that of an adult black woman, about five feet two inches tall with a medium build and short black hair.
Deputies are treating this as a suspicious death.
