RENO (KOLOTV.com) -- Sparks Police say a Reno man spent several hours on Monday shooting & breaking car windows with a pellet gun.

Officers arrested Pedro Beltran Dominguez, 20, at his home. They're still looking for another suspect, who Sparks P.D. only describes as a male juvenile.

Sparks Police say the gunmen opened fire on vehicles throughout the city between 3:00 pm & 6:00 pm on Monday, January 12. One area where vehicles were damaged was around the DMV on Galletti Way. Another was the Galleria shopping area of Spanish Springs.

Officers said the vehicle the shooters were in was a 4-foor Ford Focus, either black or dark blue. Witnesses said the license plate may be Nevada 480TFK.

Dominguez has been charged with 19 counts of property damage and conspiracy to commit property damage.
