Dominos Stores Close; More than 100 Laid Off

Just wondering why the owner of the Susanville, California Dominos store did not give any of the employees in the Susanville store advance notice or a paycheck on their last day. I have a family member who was told during his shift on Saturday night that the store would be closing as of Sunday morning. I'm sure that California state law requires that an employer give the last paycheck to employees at the time of termination. Becuase of this person's lack of communication and compassion to his employees, there are many unemployed young men and women who are without a paycheck that they have allready worked for. Some advance notice to staff about the store closures would have been nice so that they could have at least prepared themselves and their families for what was about to happen to them.
Brandon Jones was a terrible owner. Funny how Kolo's report of these closures is the ONLY WAY many of his employees found out about his job. Maybe if he visited his stores more than once a year, they would still be in business. Go back to Idaho.
