MINDEN, Nev. (AP) - Authorities say a Gardnerville man awaiting court proceedings on a drug charge was back in custody after he tested positive for cocaine.
20-year-old Iqbal Singh was arrested Wednesday after he was accused of using cocaine in violation of terms of his release.
He was arrested in July on a charge of sales of a controlled substance after allegedly selling cocaine in an undercover sting.
East Fork Justice Jim EnEarl set a Jan. 30 preliminary hearing on the sales charge. EnEarl said Singh would be under house arrest with electronic monitoring if he posts $25,000 bail.
