ALASKA - Former GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is a new grandmother.
People Magazine is reporting that Palin's 18-year-old daughter, Bristol, gave birth to a baby boy Sunday.
The magazine says Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston weighed in at seven pounds, four ounces.
In October, the baby's father, Levi Johnston, told the Associated Press that he and Bristol plan to get married sometime next year.
The couple has been dating for three years.
