A moving truck carrying an unusual cargo was discovered on Tuesday morning.

Three teenagers were discovered inside the back of a U-Haul driven by 34-year-old Delinda Rodriguez, also known as Delinda Guy.

Police initially pulled her over because she appeared to be driving drunk. Although she wasn't intoxicated, she did not have a valid driver's license. The U-Haul was four days overdue, and had been rented out to another man who did have a valid ID.

Police also say Rodriguez lied to them, claiming she was the mother of the girl riding next to her...which led to her arrest, and the girl riding in front was returned to her real mother.

Police say they never searched the back, because the driver wouldn't allow it, and they didn't have a cause to force the issue.

Once at home, the girl told her mom that three of her friends were still in the back of the U-Haul.

That's when they returned to the U-Haul and found two 15-year-olds and an 18-year old still in the back...luckily they were all okay.

Now, Rodriguez is facing charges of child endangerment. Police say this isn't a case of kidnapping or anything criminal...Rodriguez is apparently a family friend of one of the teenagers. They say she told the teenagers to ride in back while the other girl rode in front. Police say this was a case of bad judgment.

U-Haul says this is an unfortunate incident. They say it's extremely dangerous for people to ride in the back of a moving truck.
