Even though she died last month, Kathy Augustine may still end up winning the Republican nomination for state Treasurer.
Before her death, Augustine was in a three-way race, for her party's nomination. The chairman of the state GOP says he's seen e-mails that are urging people to cast "sympathy votes" for Augustine.
If Augustine wins the primary, the party will then have to decide who will replace her on the November general election ballot.
