FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) - The German-language version of the Internet encyclopedia Wikipedia is back online after a left-wing lawmaker dropped a complaint.
An order from a state court obtained by Left Party lawmaker Lutz Heilmann shut down the site over the weekend after he claimed the entry about him made false allegations.
The article has now deleted the questionable passages and the court said Monday he has withdrawn his complaint. Heilmann says he didn't want to cut off Wikipedia users but wanted the objectionable points removed.
