The bodies of two men were discovered on Saturday near Lake Tahoe on Saturday, and their mysterious deaths may have been the result of heavy lightning activity.

Timothy Coleman of Gardnerville and Alex Haas of Minden, both 19, were found dead near the Zephyr Cove Resort on the lake's east shore. Coleman's body was found at the water's edge while Haas' body was found in the lake about 30 feet from shore.

Autopsies are scheduled for Monday to determine if they were killed by lightning.
