Police have finally nabbed one of the suspects thought to be responsible for shutting down businesses all the way from Lake Tahoe to Placerville back in May.
Aaron Gilis, 31, has been arrested for stealing copper wire from utility lines and a service yard in the Tahoe area. The theft and vandalism shut down fax machines, E-mail, ATM and credit card machines for an entire day.
Damage was estimated at around 300-thousand dollars.
Police are still looking for three other people believed to be involved in the theft. If you have any information, you're asked to call the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office.
