The Churchill County Sheriff’s Department has arrested two individuals they say are responsible for the shooting in Fallon early Thursday morning.
Four people were shot, and treated at an area hospital for minor wounds.
Arrested and Booked into the Churchill County Detention Facility are Anthony Joseph Drake, 23 years old, and Randy Lee Ibold, 23 years old, both of Fallon.
Drake is charged with Battery with a deadly weapon, and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure. His bail is set at $30,000.00.
Ibold is charged with Battery with a deadly weapon, Discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, and being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm. His bail is set at $37,000.
Deputies worked through the night gathering information about the argument involving Ibold, Drake, and at least one of the injured male occupants of the house, that occurred earlier Wednesday evening.
As a continuation of the argument, Drake and Ibold went to the house on Regan Place in Fallon to confront one of the occupants, shortly after midnight. During this confrontation, both the arrestees and one of the houses occupants fired shots at each other. The stories differ as to who shot first.
Sheriff’s deputies have recovered the three firearms involved, a 410 single shot shotgun, a 17 caliber bolt action rifle, and a 380 caliber semi automatic handgun.
