FALLON, Nev. (AP) - A body found in a vehicle partially submerged in Lahontan Reservoir west of Fallon has been identified as a 32-year-old Fernley man.

The Nevada Department of Public Safety-Investigation Division said Kyle Ray Lee's body was positively identified through medical records.

Investigators said his body was discovered Aug. 20 near the dam,
where the lake's waters had receded. His vehicle was upside down
and appeared to have been in the water for some time.

Investigators said an autopsy was conducted by the Washoe County
Medical Examiner's Office, but due to the condition of the remains,
the cause of death is still pending.

They said an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Lee's death is ongoing, but foul play is not suspected at this time.

Lee was last seen Jan. 11 and had been reported missing to the
Lyon County Sheriff's Office.

The state agency assisted the Churchill County Sheriff's Office in the investigation.
