Winnemucca Soldier Killed In Iraq

A 19-year-old soldier from northern Nevada has died in Iraq, the military said Thursday.
Pfc. David N. Crombie of Winnemucca, was one of two soldiers whobdied of injuries received when an improvised explosive device
detonated near their Humvee during combat operations Wednesday in
Ar Ramadi, the Defense Department said.
The other soldier, 1st Lt. Scott M. Love, 32, was from
Knoxville, Tenn.
Both soldiers were assigned to the Army's 2nd Battalion, 6th
Infantry Regiment, based in Baumholder, Germany.
